Learning a language is a bit like assembling a puzzle. You recognise details, fragments, but it is hard bring all the pieces together. Everything looks and sounds the same. Singing gives colour to the puzzle pieces, the words get a sounds and sentences become memorable.
Once a month, on a Sunday, De Voorkamer hosts Samen Zingen. New neighbours and locals, singing together, adding tunes to the language. The sessions are guided by Meike Veenhoven.
