Online Straffe Koffie X Turning Tables - Woensdag 17 Juni
On June 17th Straffe Koffie and Turning Tables organised an amazing online cooking workshop together.
When all participants had gathered and met each other in Zoom the amazing chef Phyu finally revealed what was on the menu: Shwe payonthee hinn, which translates to golden pumpkin stew with basil and lemongrass, and a delicious salsa.
Veggies were cut, hands got dirty and a delicious smell started to spread in the kitchens of the participants. Of course some pictures had to be taken of the end product before we all could taste our masterworks.
